Terms of Service

For security purposes, we will only provide a password reset under the conditions below. All customers requesting a password reset must qualify under these conditions. Any requests that do not qualify for these conditions will not be provided a reset code.

1. Owner/purchaser of the InBody
a) Name and/or email address must match the information in our system
2. Individuals who have written authorization from owner/purchaser
3. For hospitals or large organizations
a) Manager/Supervisor level personnel
b) Staff who have been authorized by Manager/ Supervisor level personnel
